My Grandparents diamond anniversary- 60 BEAuTIFUL YEARS!

On september 25, 1948 my Grandpa Victor and Grandma Mary Ellen were married. Almost 2 years later they welcomed their first blessing, a boy named Victor jr (my daddy), they then brought 5 more blessings from god into the world, Jill, Jack, Jay, Joy, and the baby Jerry ( we know him as uncle Pete).From those 6 kids they were blessed with 10 grandkids, and 11 great grandkids. My grandparents honestly r the BEST people that i have known in my life, they would give u the shirt off their back if u needed it, they raised my dad as well as his siblings to be the same. Very giving and very caring! I couldnt of asked for better grandparents, when my mom left, my grandma tried her hardest to be a mother to us, we didnt always make it easy on her but still she was there for us. Still as adults she would do anything for my sister and i. She is not only the best grandma there is she is also the best Great Grandma to my 4 kids. Love you Grandma! I just hope that as i grow older i can become half the woman that my grandma is, and i am able to raise my kids to be just as loving and caring that my grandparents raised their kids to be. So today we all got together to celebrate their 60ths wedding anniversary with them, as always we all had a blast. I wanted to share pictures from the get together. Jared goes to kindergarten....

Here are some pictures of Jareds first day of kindergarten. Now i realize that i am posting more of his first day then i did of Hailee (they didnt start the same day) BUT this was his first day of school ever, and Hailee has had previous first days. He is doing okay in kindergarten, i really struggled all summer with the decision on rather or not he was ready, but he had decided he wanted to go to kindergarten instead of preschool, so i let him, so far im thinking it was a good choice, but only time will tell i guess.

hailees first day of 2nd grade.

So i said i have tons of things to blog about, one being Hailees first day of 2nd grade, the horse thing i mentioned in my last blog came first, BUT i already have a few pics of her first day resized and ready to go, so im gonna start with that. she was so excited all summer for school to get started (yes i know she doesnt take after me) and when the morning finally came she was all smiles, ive never known a kid to like school as much as Hailee does, she is SupEr smart! Im so proud of her.

so i decided to ....

start out new with a whole new blog, the other one was to me pointed more towards a loving married couple, but that isnt the case ne more, so new life, new blog, is a part of me attempting to pick myself up and move on. Things have been really hard on me, but ive tried to keep things as normal as possible for the kids sake, i havent completely succeeded but im sure trying my damndest to do so. So i have tons of things to blog about bc lots of new things have been happening lately. Hailee started 2nd grade, Jared started kindergarten, and Makenna started preschool. So i have tons of pics to share of those things, also tons of other stuff, so i will slowly start to blog about them as i find time to resize pics to add as well, its a slow process when ur on dial up, so be patient, its well worth it tho trust me, esp the pics of Hailee having her dream come true, she got to ride a horse for the first time, anyone who knows this beautiful girl knows that she lives and breaths horses. So ill leave it at that and go start resizes those pics, until then, god bless and take care!
